Attendees:  Darrell Gerber, Stephen Eisenmenger, Nick Raleigh, SC: Dave Berger, Ashley James, Jay Pond, Ian Stade, Neil Cunningham, Eric Gilbertson, Becki Smith

Agenda:

SC member responsibilities:

Stephen – committee interests (fundraising, IRV, Database), letter to Eric thanking him for his work on Database.

Discussion of changing local from 5th District to Minneapolis – should be an agenda item for next membership meeting.

Ashley – committees need to be updated for website.

Communicate more with membership about ideas presented in committee, keep it more transparent, build locals.

Coming to meetings for SC, meetings of 5d, tasks shared from each meeting.

IRV – Darrell

Volunteer Training  - 2 or 3 days needs to be scheduled - Feb 18th or 19th and March 18th or 19th. Darrell has schedule for Better Ballot group. Advertising – send out a postcard?

Agreed to spend for a card to advertise the 2 IRV Training meetings, card will also include info on caucuses, PCRP – Neil, Ashley, Jay, Becki

Dave Berger volunteered to be a spokesperson, Darrel Gerber requested cease being a spokesperson. Neil Cunningham volunteered to be a spokesperson.

Candidates: District 62 and others

State Senate Seat opening in 62 – great opportunity for Green candidate. Names of people possibly in 62: Lydia Howell, Alex Eaton will be running as a Dem, Betsy Barnum, many other Greens in 62

2 endorsement membership meetings – May and July meetings

Need to establish endorsement screening committee at March meeting
